3pm Saturday 7th April 2018 at Garway, Herefordshire: Villagers of the small Herefordshire hamlet of Garway turn out in force for the official opening of their new Community Centre. The ceremony was conducted by the High Sheriff of Herefordshire, The Reverend lady Lisvane. This Big Lottery funded project is the first ever Passivhaus design funded by them in the country.
